  • Submit early - our calendar fills up quickly (4 weeks prior to desired date is ideal to coordinate logistics)
  • Student Clubs/Orgs - be sure to work with your Student Life adviser for secondary approvals
  • Provide as much detail as possible to help us better understand your ideas
